Based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, 1st Choice is a cultural exchange agency focused on responding to the unprecedented shortage of qualified high and basic school teachers across America, especially in inner city schools. In the process, we also hope, through their teachers, to expose the children of the continent of Africa to the American culture and its educational experience. 

Established by a managing partner with extensive work experience in both the United States and Ghana, 1st Choice is a family-owned firm that identifies prospective qualified teachers for basic, middle and high schools, ensuring the collation of all required documentation leading to employer-interviews. Subsequently, successful applicants are assisted with a timely relocation to the United States of America.
